With the Reporting function, it’s easy to generate the right Report without much hassle.
Overview
Fast access to the active or disabled projects stored in the system. Add New Worklists or Jobs, View, Edit, or Deleted, or get the Budget Calculations.
Worklist details
Find project related jobs and costs, and edit if required. The Job-ID can be used to identify the department the change request was created for.
Enter a Job
Creating a new Jobs is made easy with the form provided, select from the different options to define.
the Job Identifier will automatically be set depending on the department selected. Upload files for reference.
Jobs table
The tables view shows all Jobs entered in the System.
“View”, “Edit”, and “Delete” Jobs from within the table.
Filter and sort the table, to limit the results and find what you are looking for.
Job view
“Jobs” are displayed in a modal popup window, displaying all the Data necessary information. View the attachments, like pictures added to the record. “Edit” the job if needed. All Information of the e.g. who requested the change are shown.
Print a Change-Request form if needed.
